Headshot Rates

The fee for our in-studio headshot session is

$199.00 NZD + GST per person

The fee covers the session and one chosen image that will be retouched and rendered in the following formats shown below:

Landscape orientation, high resolution, 3:2 aspect ratio, 300dpi. This is the default orientation.
Portrait orientation, high resolution, 4:5 aspect ratio, 300dpi. Good for company websites, CV proposals, or Outlook profiles.
Square orientation, high resolution, 1:1 aspect ratio, 300dpi. The file is optimised for social media like LinkedIn.

If you prefer to have an on-location shoot, our rate will be

$299 + GST per person

There are instances where doing an outdoor shoot cannot be feasible, due to bad weather or geographical location. As a solution, we can do a composite image wherein we do the shoot in-studio and change the background to look like an outdoor photo like the sample shown. We will make sure that the photo feels authentic as if the person was there on-site.

For a composite shoot, our rate will be

$224 + GST*

*The fee covers the session and one chosen image that will be retouched. We have a range of backgrounds you can choose from.

Sometimes, one image is not enough. An extra image of either a different look, clothes, or even background cost

$79 + GST per image

One photo may be for LinkedIn or for a speaking engagement, and the other may be for newsletters and other marketing activities the client may have that requires variety.

There is no limit to the variety. Mix and match different clothes, backgrounds, and looks.

Payment Terms

We have an EFTPOS and credit card (MasterCard and Visa) facility with PayWave capabilities in our studios.

We guarantee that our clients will be satisfied with their photos. In the rare event that the client is unsatisfied with their photo, we are willing to do a re-shoot in our studio, free of charge, provided the client has paid for his prior headshot session.
